located in a quiet suburb of Exeter with easy access in and out of the city.

Access
We are only 50 metres from the South
Lawn Terrace stop for the frequent 'A' bus service to and from Exeter city centre. In the City, the 'A' stops in
Sidwell Street, High Street, Fore Street, Cowick Street and Alphington.
For those travelling by car, there
is ample street parking nearby, and we are close to the M5 motorway junctions 29 and 30. We are also particularly
convenient for access to Exeter Airport, the Exeter Westpoint convention centre, the Royal Devon & Exeter (RD&E)
Hospital, and the new Meteorological Office. (As the Met Office is only 2 km away, a free lift there in the mornings
is usually possible).
